• Project financing consultation
Services are subject to availability, geographic service area, and separate written agreements between Eric Lexi and the homeowner or property owner.
Eric Lexi offers free roof inspections with no obligation. A free inspection does not constitute a contract for services. No work will begin without a separate signed agreement between Eric Lexi and the property owner.
Eric Lexi assists homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process. We do not guarantee any specific outcome with your insurance provider. Insurance coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance company and are subject to your individual policy terms.
Our agreements with homeowners for insurance-related work are expressly contingent upon payment from the insurance company. If your insurer does not approve or fund the claim, you owe nothing to Eric Lexi for work not yet performed, except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
All estimates provided by Eric Lexi are based on visible and accessible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden or latent damage discovered during the course of work may result in scope changes, which will be communicated to you before additional work is performed. Any changes to the original scope of work require written authorization.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. For insurance-funded projects, payment is typically structured around insurance disbursements (initial check and supplemental payments). For non-insurance projects, payment terms will be clearly stated in your written estimate and agreement.
Eric Lexi stands behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and materials used and will be specified in your written service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., GAF) and are subject to their individual terms and registration requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
By engaging our services, you grant Eric Lexi and its crew members lawful access to your property for the purpose of inspection and performing agreed-upon work. You agree to inform us of any known hazards, structural concerns, or access restrictions before work begins.
