This Privacy Policy explains how Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC ("Eric Lexi," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information. It is organized in two parts:
• Part 1 covers information submitted through our online appointment scheduling system, powered by Microsoft Bookings.
• Part 2 covers mobile phone numbers and our text messaging program.
By using our booking system or participating in our messaging program, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Our Terms of Service are provided separately.
This section explains how Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC ("Eric Lexi," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our online appointment scheduling system, powered by Microsoft Bookings.
When you schedule a free roof inspection or consultation, we may collect:
• Your full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Property address or service location
• Preferred appointment date and time
• Any notes or additional information you choose to provide
All optional fields are never required to complete your booking. Providing more detail simply helps us serve you better.
Information collected through the scheduling system is used solely to:
• Confirm and manage your appointment
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
• Contact you regarding your scheduled inspection or service
• Improve our scheduling and customer service processes
We do not use your booking information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
Our scheduling system is powered by Microsoft Bookings, a product of Microsoft Corporation. When you submit a booking, your information is processed and stored on Microsoft’s servers in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Eric Lexi does not control Microsoft’s data infrastructure. We encourage you to review Microsoft’s Privacy Policy at microsoft.com/privacy.
By scheduling an appointment, you consent to receive a confirmation email and reminder notifications prior to your scheduled time. You may opt out of reminders by contacting us at Support@EricLexi.com.
Providing a phone number during booking does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. We send text messages only to customers who have separately opted in. See Part 2 — Mobile Information & Text Messaging for full details, or our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Booking records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your service request and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your booking data at any time by contacting Support@EricLexi.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. Microsoft Bookings employs enterprise-grade security standards to protect data on their platform. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your booking information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at Support@EricLexi.com or call (855) 273-0353.
We collect mobile phone numbers when you provide them to us through our website forms, service agreements, or directly to an Eric Lexi representative. If you consent to receive text messages, we also record the date, time, and method of your consent.
Mobile phone numbers are used to:
• Communicate with you about your roofing or exterior restoration project
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
• Provide job status and crew arrival notifications
• Provide insurance claim and supplement status updates
• Respond to your inquiries and messages
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS consent and phone number data is excluded from any information sharing arrangements.
Mobile phone numbers may be disclosed only:
• To service providers who assist in operating our messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider), solely for that purpose and under contractual confidentiality obligations
• To subcontractors or crew members assigned to your project, solely for the purpose of coordinating scheduled work
• To your insurance carrier or adjuster, where relevant to processing your claim and where you have authorized us to act on your behalf
• Where required by law, subpoena, or court order
We send text messages only to customers who have given express written consent through a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox on our website forms or service agreements. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

We retain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, and thereafter in accordance with our general record retention practices.
